At Wavelength Audio Video, shipping availability depends on the brand and product type.

Local Pickup & Installation-Only Products

  • Some products (such as Control4 systems, select Sonos products, and installation-specific equipment) are restricted to local pickup or professional installation only.

  • These items will be clearly marked as such on their product page.

Shippable Products

  • Eligible products (such as Nest, Ring, Sonos accessories, networking devices, and select smart home products) can be shipped within the continental U.S.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Oversized or heavy orders may require additional shipping fees; we’ll contact you before shipment if this applies.

Processing Time

  • Orders typically process within 2–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

In-Store Pickup

  • Orders placed for local pickup are usually ready within 1 business day.

  • You will receive an email or text confirmation when your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.
