FREE SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL*

At Wavelength, we are now offering FREE sound system rentals for any Bernardsville based non-profits, community organization (e.g. fire, police, rescue, etc.), schools, or business in town.
If you are a local Bernardsville resident, we offer the same system for daily rentals starting at a low fee of $79 per day. **
what is included?
We have four main system configuration types with custom configuration options available. Please let us know the anticipated crowd size and overall space of the event so that we can help line up the best solution for your needs.
- Small / Medium / Large Crowds – Music Only
- Small / Medium / Large Crowds – Music & Microphone
- Small / Medium / Large Crowds – Music & 2x Microphones
- Small / Medium / Large Crowds – Presentation (Clip-on or Handheld Mic)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To rent out our sound system, please scroll through and complete a quick submission form. After you submit your rental request, we will then review your application and someone from our team will reach out to you within 1 business day to verify your booking. (Depending on our availability we can accommodate short-notice bookings. However, we ask that you please submit all speaker requests within at least two weeks of your event.)
For these rentals, we DO NOT send out a technician to set up the equipment. Therefore, we require that the equipment be picked up at our store, 30 Olcott Square, during our regular business hours of 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.

RETURNING YOUR EQUIPMENT
Once your rental period has ended, we ask that you please pack up all of the equipment and return it to our store within 24 hours*. Failure to return the equipment within 24 hours will result in a daily late fee of $30.
*Our standard return policy is 24 hours. Please note that we do not operate during weekends. If you require the speaker system over the weekend, our team will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable pick-up and drop-off time.
