Have a good experience this past year with Wavelength. Prior system was too complicated and required too many service calls. New system is more reliable and less customized. They have been quite responsive when issues have emerged.

I had a new 4k tv installed about a week ago. John Monteiro one of their lead installers did a great job did all my passwords and connected me to my wireless network . He explained how the new LG remote worked and hooked up a 4k Amazon Fire tv to the Denon AV player . After he left I realized that my Apple TV was not 4k so I ordered one . When it arrived I tried to install it myself .John even called me on a Sunday and tried to talk me through . I failed miserably. John came back and got it all to work and at no charge!! You simply do not get better customer support . They are the very best.

From the first call with Beth, to the virtual assesment with Tim, to the actual install spearheaded by John – the process was seamless. I have the best audio – visual setup ever! And, they took the time to answer all our questions. They also made it clear that they will be avaialbe for any follow up questions I may have. I will definitely use Wavelenght for future projects.

I have been a client of Wavelength Audio Video for well over a decade–even before the company expanded, moved its operations to a larger store in Bernardsville, and stopped selling and servicing desktop computers because it was kept so busy with video and sound systems. The reason: John Monteiro. John is exceptional. Not only does he have years of expertise but also is an excellent communicator with the patience to teach client who are “low-tech” [in this case, me] how to use new equipment. I trust him totally for his professionalism and character. Beth, the Wavelength in-store manager should also be commended for her efficiency and courtesy. I recommend Wavelength wholeheartedly to anyone seeking superior audio-video products and services.

I wouldn’t look elsewhere for audio-video solutions. I interviewed a number of reputable higher end A-V businesses in the Morris County area and had 3 different ones actually come out to my home to propose a plan for an outdoor living space (wanted an outdoor TV, speakers, etc). There is a lot that goes into this including how you plan on getting wiring out there, do you stream exclusively or do you get cable out there, hiding all the cable boxes and wires, positioning things so sound is optimized, etc. They have access to all the top outdoor equipment (Seura, Sonance, etc). This was the only company that listened to what I wanted and then built on it to produce a product that was beyond my wildest expectations. They love what they do and it shows. Their quotes are very competitive but it was their service that blew others away. Tim and John were outstanding and I will go back to them for my indoor needs down the road. And Beth was so easy to work with. Any question I had they were quick to answer even after the project was done. They stay in communication for any issue that might arise down the road. Their vision is extraordinary. 5+ stars!!

Wavelength – with Tim and John leading the charge – provided an exceptionally solid proposal and an exceptionally efficient install for a new Wi-Fi/Nest camera system at the home of my 98 year old mother. Their bedside manner is decidedly un-geekish which was appreciated by all, especially Mom.
