Michael is a Lead Technician at Wavelength Audio Video. He is in charge of managing discussions with clients and the team on the project, as well as making sure that all work is being completed between all of the assistant technicians. The purpose of his role is to solve problems, ensure clients have a good understanding of how to use the equipment that the company installs, make sure the client is satisfied at the completion of projects, and motivate the assistant technicians to strive for improvement and to succeed. He has been at Wavelength for 8 years, and he likes that he can rely on the team to have his back when he struggles to find a solution for solving problems, as well as enjoys working with the kind and loyal clientele we work with. When he’s not at work, you can catch him sleeping, enjoying time with family, or gaming while on voice calls with friends.
