Destiny is the Human Resources Coordinator at Wavelength Audio Video. The purpose of her role is to help facilitate all key HR functions and programs for both current and future employees. This can include but is not limited to, anything having to do with employment, compensation, and employee relations. As of 2021, she has been with Wavelength for 6 years now and counting. She has continued working here for this long as she enjoys all of the perks that come with working at a small business, such as having the opportunity to learn various skills, the ability to voice opinions and collaborate on ideas, embraced individuality, the “family” feel amongst the team, and knowing that the work she does matters. When she’s not at work, you can usually catch her either relaxing at home with her cat, spending time with her family, or hanging out with her friends.
